The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst. As a GSOC Analyst, you will execute the various core functions of the GSOC to include, but not limited to, incident recognition/escalation, intelligence analysis, emergency response, product security, and physical security. Analyst acts as partner who works closely with teams across the security organization and the wider business to understand information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights to internal stakeholders.

Specific Duties and Essential Functions




  • Serve as communications hub for the Global Security department. Monitor global events and assess/communicate impact to the client

  • Complete risk and intelligence driven reports to Global Security and other stakeholders

  • Receive calls for help/assistance form employees worldwide and respond appropriately

  • Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after action reporting

  • Monitor and communicate risks associated with supply chain assets

  • Monitor health of all Global Security platforms and applications

  • Monitor access control and CCTV systems for alarms and respond appropriately

  • Collaborate with Security Guard Force and other business partners to meet operational needs

Job Requirements

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required




  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing



Type and Length of Specific Experience Required




  • Must possess prior work experience with intelligence, corporate, military and/or security experience

  • Must possess one or more of the following:

    • Minimum of one year verifiable and successful security experience

    • Service in the active duty military, military reserves or National Guard

    • Service in auxiliary police or police cadets

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences)

  • Must be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

  • Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors

  • Demonstrate ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public

  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test

  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable

  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
